CBGA (clustering-based genetic algorithm) is aimed for TSPN (traveling salesman problem with neighborhood) solver, which is motivated from data mule path planning for data collection in wireless sensor network.

The program could find an approximately shortest path for TSPN, and scales well to a large number of sensor nodes with neighborhoods of disks of various radii.
