The convergence of artificial intelligence with computational systems is revolutionizing precision medicine, driven by advances in generative AI and the global acceleration of telemedicine. In Taiwan's progressive healthcare landscape, the Smart Health Project at Academia Sinica stands at the forefront of this transformation, integrating advanced AI methodologies with clinical expertise through strategic partnerships with leading medical institutions. Our research advances this transformation through two key streams: first, developing breakthrough applications in precision medicine that integrate sophisticated classification methodologies with deep learning architectures and complexity science frameworks; second, establishing an innovative framework for healthcare AI literacy that enables sustainable integration within biomedical research ecosystems. This work demonstrates that AI's transformative power in precision medicine extends beyond technological advancement to catalyze comprehensive healthcare evolution. Our approach synthesizes diverse methodologies with real-world clinical applications, establishing a new paradigm for smart health evolution that advances patient care and healthcare outcomes in the era of AI-driven medicine.
