Eligibility

Staff members of the Institute or individuals aged 18 or above who hold a Republic of China (Taiwan) National ID Card.

Application Procedures

• Full-time staff (including Research Center for Information Technology Innovation staff): Online Library Card Application (opens in new tab)
• Part-time staff / External applicants: Library Card Application Form (PDF, opens in new tab)

Required Documents

• Institute Staff (including CITI staff):
  1. Full-time staff: Online application only.
  2. Part-time staff: Staff ID card (with barcode sticker) and one 1-inch photo (digital file accepted).
  3. CITI staff: Staff ID card (with barcode sticker) and one 1-inch photo (digital file accepted).
• External Applicants: A photocopy of both sides of the Republic of China (Taiwan) National ID Card and one 1-inch photo (digital file accepted).

Validity Period

Library cards are valid for one calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and may be renewed upon expiration.
